At KenKo Auto, I specialize in purchasing pre-owned vehicles through internet auctions for car dealerships.  As Used Car Managers and in-store buyers are busier than ever, and the quality of trade-ins is going down, I've found that there is a growing need for an independent service to provide much-needed additional used car opportunities for dealerships.

My specialty is researching and purchasing clean used vehicles and finding the unexpected hidden gems that other buyers might miss.  I also buy program vehicles, Company Exec vehicles, clean repo's, clean dealer units, and any other inventory that meets your needs and expectations.  Working together, we develop a buying profile that most suits your store and market area.  In addition, I can arrange transportation to your dealership and can manage arbitrations on vehicles I've purchased.  Also, if you need help with aging inventory and improving your “turn,” I can list lot-ready vehicles for wholesale on auction sites, including adding any value-added descriptions, options and book-outs to help them sell faster and for more money.
 
I work with dealers as an independent contractor, so you would incur no full-time employee expenses such as a salary, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, unemployment insurance, vacation pay, sick leave, etc.  You can use my services as much or as little as you want.  There is no long-term obligation, just payment on a monthly/per-vehicle basis.

As the sole buyer with KenKo Auto, my automotive history includes over 25 years’ experience in the Madison, WI retail car business, including over 11 years successfully managing Used Vehicle Departments. I have been buying used vehicles online since my first Used Car Manager job in 2006 and opened my business in 2016. I've purchased 1,000's of pre-owned vehicles through sites such as SmartAuction, Manheim, Adesa, OVE, ACV, Open Lane, Enterprise, Hertz, and others.  I am an expert vAuto user. I have used AAX, First Look, Red Bumper, and Liquid Motors inventory management programs, as well.

I know that the Used Vehicle Department brings bottom-line profit to almost every department in a dealership. My service creates additional used vehicle inventory, sales opportunities, and profit for your store, and frees up your Sales Managers from having to buy inventory to focus on more important, in-store needs.  My success depends on your success.
